第1条（適用）
本規約は、株式会社freegent（以下「当社」といいます）が提供するサービス「ビザナビ」（以下「本サービス」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本サービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
第2条（本サービスの内容）
本サービスは、利用者が質問に答えることで、出入国在留管理庁の公式様式に記入されたPDFを利用者自身が作成するための道具（セルフサービス）です。
当社は、利用者に代わって官公署に提出する書類を作成すること、および申請の提出を代理することは行いません。報酬を得て申請書類の作成や提出の代理を依頼する場合は、行政書士等の資格を持つ専門家にご相談ください。
当社は、出入国在留管理庁が公開する様式との照合に努めますが、様式の完全性・最新性、および申請の許可を保証するものではありません。提出前の最終確認は、利用者ご自身（または依頼された資格者）の責任で行ってください。
第3条（アカウント）
本サービスの一部の機能は、メールアドレスによる認証（ログイン用リンクの送付）を経て利用できます。利用者は、登録したメールアドレスを自己の責任で管理するものとし、第三者による不正な利用について当社は責任を負いません（当社に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除きます）。
第4条（招待リンク）
企業や行政書士等（以下「依頼元」といいます）は、申請人本人に入力を依頼するための招待リンクを発行できます。依頼元は、本人への説明と適法な取得・管理について責任を負い、リンクを第三者に漏らさないよう管理するものとします。
招待リンクから入力された情報は依頼元に提供され、依頼元が閲覧・管理します。詳細はプライバシーポリシーに定めます。
第5条（料金）
本サービスは現在、無料で提供しています。有料化または有料プランの追加を行う場合は、事前に本サービス上でお知らせし、利用者の同意なく料金を請求することはありません。
第6条（禁止事項）
利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、次の行為をしてはなりません。
- 虚偽の情報を入力する行為、または正当な権限なく第三者の個人情報を入力する行為
- 不正アクセス、アクセス制限の回避、その他本サービスの運営を妨げる行為
- 自動化された手段による大量のアクセスやデータの収集（スクレイピング等）
- 本サービスの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再販売
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
第7条（知的財産権）
本サービスに関する知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。なお、出入国在留管理庁の様式は同庁が公開するものであり、生成されたPDFを申請目的で利用することを妨げるものではありません。
第8条（免責）
当社は、本サービスの提供に関して当社に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、本サービスの利用または利用できなかったことにより利用者に生じた損害について、責任を負いません。
前項本文にかかわらず、当社の軽過失による債務不履行または不法行為により利用者に損害が生じた場合、当社は、現実に発生した通常かつ直接の損害に限り、かつ金10,000円（有料プランをご利用の場合は、当該損害の発生前1か月間に利用者が当社に支払った利用料金の総額）を上限として賠償します。
申請の結果（許可・不許可等）は出入国在留管理庁の判断によるものであり、当社が保証するものではありません。
第9条（サービスの変更・中断・終了）
当社は、システムの保守、障害、その他やむを得ない事由により、本サービスの全部または一部を予告なく変更・中断・終了することがあります。
第10条（規約の変更）
当社は、民法第548条の4の規定にしたがい、利用者の個別の同意を要することなく本規約を変更することができます。
前項により変更する場合、当社は、変更後の規約の内容および効力発生時期を、効力発生時期の相当期間前までに、本サービス上での掲示または登録メールアドレスへの通知により周知します。
第11条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
附則：本規約は2026年7月14日に制定し、同日から施行します。
Terms of Service (English Reference Translation)

1. Scope.These terms govern the use of "Visa Navi" provided by freegent Inc. By using the service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
2. What this service is. Visa Navi is a self-service tool: you answer questions, and the service produces a PDF of the official Immigration Services Agency form filled in by you. We do not prepare documents for submission to government offices on your behalf, and we do not act as your agent for filing. If you wish to engage someone to prepare or file your application for a fee, please consult a licensed professional such as a gyoseishoshi (certified administrative procedures specialist). We strive to check our forms against the latest official versions daily, but we do not guarantee their completeness or that your application will be approved. Final confirmation before submission is your responsibility (or that of the professional you engage).
3. Accounts. Some features require email authentication (sign-in links). You are responsible for managing your registered email address.
4. Invite links. Companies and licensed professionals may issue invite links for applicants to enter their own information. The requesting party is responsible for explaining this to the applicant, handling the information lawfully, and keeping the link confidential. Information entered through an invite link is managed by the requesting party, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Fees. The service is currently free of charge. If paid plans are introduced, we will announce them in advance and will not charge you without your consent.
6. Prohibited conduct. You must not: enter false information or another person's personal information without authority; attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the operation of the service; collect data by automated means (scraping and similar); copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the service; or violate laws or public order.
7. Intellectual property. Rights in the service belong to us or our licensors. The official forms are published by the Immigration Services Agency, and nothing here restricts your use of the generated PDF for your application.
8. Liability. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Where we are liable for ordinary negligence, our liability is limited to actual, ordinary, and direct damages, up to JPY 10,000 (or, for paid plans, the total fees you paid to us in the one month before the damage occurred). The outcome of your application (approval or denial) is decided by the Immigration Services Agency and is not something we guarantee.
9. Changes to the service and these terms. We may change, suspend, or terminate the service without prior notice for maintenance, failures, or other unavoidable reasons. We may amend these terms in accordance with the Japanese Civil Code provisions on standard terms of contract; amendments and their effective date will be announced a reasonable period in advance on the service or by email.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes relating to the service.
