株式会社freegent（以下「当社」といいます）は、当社が提供するサービス「ビザナビ」（以下「本サービス」といいます）における利用者の個人情報を、個人情報の保護に関する法律（個人情報保護法）その他の関係法令にしたがい、次のとおり取り扱います。

2. 取得する情報と利用目的
当社は、本サービスの提供にあたり、次の情報を取得し、記載の目的で利用します。
- メールアドレスログイン用リンクの送付、アカウントの識別、本サービスに関する重要なお知らせのため。
- 申請書の作成に必要な情報（氏名、国籍・地域、生年月日、旅券番号、学歴・職歴、その他様式の記入項目）出入国在留管理庁の公式様式への記入、PDFの生成、および（保存を選択した場合）更新・再申請の際の再利用のため。
- 所属機関（会社）の情報（名称、法人番号、所在地、連絡先等）申請書の「所属機関等作成用」欄への記入のため。
- アクセス記録（IPアドレス、ブラウザ情報）不正利用の防止、アクセス回数の制限、および機微な情報の閲覧・出力・提出に関する監査記録のため。
なお、申請様式に含まれる犯罪歴・退去強制歴（様式第19項・第20項）など、個人情報保護法上の「要配慮個人情報」に該当しうる項目は、本サービスでは取得しません。これらの項目は、出力された様式にご自身でご記入ください。
3. アカウント登録せずに利用する場合
アカウント登録をせずにPDFを作成する場合、入力内容はPDFの生成処理にのみ使用し、サーバーには保存しません（生成後、直ちに破棄します）。ただし、不正利用防止のためのアクセス記録（前条）は保存されます。
4. 招待リンクを通じて入力された情報
企業や行政書士等（以下「依頼元」といいます）が発行した招待リンクからご入力いただいた情報については、依頼元がその取り扱いの主体（管理者）となり、当社は依頼元の委託を受けて、当該情報を暗号化して保管・処理します（入力画面にもその旨を表示しています）。当社は、委託の範囲を超えてこの情報を利用しません。ご自身の情報の訂正・削除をご希望の場合は、依頼元にお申し出いただくか、第10条の窓口までご連絡ください。
5. 安全管理措置
旅券番号をはじめとする機微な情報は、アプリケーションレベルの暗号化（AES-256-GCM）を施して保存します。機微な情報の閲覧・出力・提出は、日時・IPアドレス・ブラウザ情報とともに監査記録として保存し、不正なアクセスの検知に用います。通信はTLSにより暗号化されます。
このほか、取扱規程の整備等の組織的措置、従業者教育等の人的措置、機器管理等の物理的措置、およびアクセス制御等の技術的措置を講じます。具体的な内容は、ご本人からのお問い合わせに応じ、支障のない範囲で回答します。
6. 第三者提供
第4条の仕組みによる依頼元への提供を除き、当社は、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、法令に基づく場合はこの限りではありません。
7. 業務委託
本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、通信・配信等の基盤の運用を外部事業者に委託することがあります。この場合、当社は委託先に対して必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
8. Cookieの使用
本サービスは、ログイン状態の維持に必要なCookieのみを使用します。広告配信や行動追跡を目的とするCookieは使用していません。
9. 保存期間
個人情報は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間に限り保存し、不要となった場合は遅滞なく削除します。アカウントの削除やデータの削除をご希望の場合は、第10条の窓口までご連絡ください。
10. 開示・訂正・利用停止・削除の請求
ご本人からの個人情報の開示・訂正・利用停止・削除のご請求には、ご本人であることを確認のうえ、法令にしたがい遅滞なく対応します。ご請求は [email protected] までご連絡ください。
11. 改定
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の改正やサービスの変更にあわせて改定することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本サービス上でお知らせします。

freegent Inc. (President: Boram Lee, 5-B Maison Yutaka Bldg., 1-17-7 Okubo, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo 169-0072, [email protected]) handles personal information in the service "Visa Navi" as follows, in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan.
2. Information we collect and why. Your email address (to send sign-in links and identify your account); the information needed to fill in the application form (name, nationality, date of birth, passport number, education and work history, and other form fields), used to fill in the official Immigration Services Agency forms, generate PDFs, and, if you choose to save it, reuse it for renewals; company information (name, corporate number, address, contact) for the organization sections of the form; and access records (IP address, browser information) to prevent abuse and to keep audit records of access to sensitive information. Items that may constitute "special-care-required personal information" under Japanese law, such as criminal records (form items 19 and 20), are NOT collected by this service. Please fill them in by hand on the printed form.
3. Use without an account. If you create a PDF without registering, your answers are used only to generate the PDF and are not stored on our servers (they are discarded immediately after generation). Access records for abuse prevention are still kept.
4. Invite links.When you enter your information through an invite link issued by a company or an immigration specialist (the "requesting party"), the requesting party is the controller of that information, and we store and process it, encrypted, on their behalf. We do not use it beyond that engagement. To correct or delete your information, contact the requesting party or the contact address below.
5. Security. Sensitive fields such as passport numbers are stored with application-level encryption (AES-256-GCM). Every viewing, export, or submission of sensitive information is recorded in an audit log together with the date, IP address, and browser information. Communications are encrypted with TLS. We also maintain organizational, personnel, and physical safeguards.
6. Third parties, outsourcing, and cookies. Except for the invite-link arrangement described above, we do not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent, unless required by law. We may outsource infrastructure operations (such as content delivery) within the scope necessary to provide the service, under appropriate supervision. We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in; we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Retention and your rights. We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above. You may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of your personal information at [email protected]. After verifying your identity, we will respond without delay in accordance with the law.
